I’m a seasoned technology leader with over 17 years of international experience, including 13+ years at Microsoft. I am currently based in Redmond, USA. Throughout my career, I’ve held diverse roles—from Technical Program Manager and Solutions Architect to Product Manager and Software Engineer—bringing a cross-functional perspective to enterprise technology and innovation.
My expertise spans AI-driven systems, ERP/CRM modernization, and cloud architecture. I’ve played an instrumental role in designing, implementing, and scaling intelligent solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), the Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Copilot Studio for Fortune 500 clients and strategic partners.
In addition to my core professional roles, I actively serve as a judge for leading global AI and technology awards such as the Globee® Awards, recognizing breakthrough innovations and excellence across the industry. I am a Senior Member of IEEE, a Life Fellow of IETE, and a Fellow at Hackathon Raptors—honors that reflect my sustained technical and professional contributions to the global engineering community.
My domain experience includes Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing. I’ve worked extensively with enterprise customers and partners across the USA, Canada, Germany, and New Zealand, integrating customer and partner feedback to shape impactful technology solutions.
I was recognized among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Microsoft Dynamics globally (#77 overall and #6 in Asia, 2012 by DynamicsWorld.co.uk). I also lead one of the largest LinkedIn communities in the Microsoft ecosystem—“Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI ERP, CRM & Power Platform Axperience”—with over 14,000 members, including senior executives and technology leaders. I was an active tech blogger until 2014, sharing insights on Microsoft Dynamics ERP through my blog msdynamicsax.info. After an 11-year hiatus, I resumed blogging in 2025, now covering a broader range of topics.
